Yes. Most of the room is 40+. The method works because it's built around your real body, your real schedule, and what your hormones actually need at this stage. Postpartum is welcome, and we'll walk through the specifics on your intake call.

Glow Coaching is 1:1, six months, fully custom, $2,800. The Lifestyle Method is 12 weeks, a small group of 12 women, run as a cohort, $2,497. TLM is for the woman who wants intensive structure with a small room around her. Glow Coaching is for the woman ready for long-form private coaching. Most Glow Coaching clients come up through TLM first.
