You name her. You define what she eats, how she trains, how she shows up. The macros and the lifting start moving in week one, but the bigger work is the identity. We end Phase 1 with a clear picture of her and a plan to practice her.

PRACTICE

The training intensifies, the macros get dialed, and the daily identity reps stack up. Old patterns start losing their grip. You stop debating choices because you already know what she does. The rhythm is the win.

I built The Lifestyle Method because I spent years looking for a program like this and never found it. Something that taught the whole system, not just macros or workouts. Something that treated you like an adult, not a before photo.

The ones every woman asks me.

What if I've never tracked macros before? +

That's exactly who this is built for. Most women in the room come in fresh. Week one, I teach you the system from the ground up. By week four, it's automatic. You'll have the structure, the targets, and the support to make it stick.

What if I'm new to lifting? +

Perfect. The training adapts to where you are. You get demo videos, form cues, and real feedback on what you're doing. We start with the basics, build the foundation, and progress from there. You don't need a "before" body to start.

What if I travel during the program? +

You won't miss a beat. Every lift has hotel and bodyweight swaps built in. Macros travel with you. Group calls record so you can catch up. Real life doesn't pause for the program, and the program is built for that.

Can I do this if I'm 40+, 50+, postpartum, or coming back after a break? +

Yes. Most of the room is 40+. The method works because it's built around your real body, your real schedule, and what your hormones actually need at this stage. Postpartum is welcome, and we'll walk through the specifics on your intake call.

What if I miss a group call? +

Replays go up the next day with timestamps, so you can jump to the part you need. WhatsApp stays open all 12 weeks, so you can ask questions live. No FOMO, no falling behind.

How is this different from Glow Coaching? +

Glow Coaching is 1:1, six months, fully custom, $2,800. The Lifestyle Method is 12 weeks, a small group of 12 women, run as a cohort, $2,497. TLM is for the woman who wants intensive structure with a small room around her. Glow Coaching is for the woman ready for long-form private coaching. Most Glow Coaching clients come up through TLM first.
