the coach

How Glow came to be.

I’ve spent years in the fitness industry watching women cycle through the same loop  of cleanses, meal plans, apps they never open, the “I’ll start Monday.” They had every piece of information and still couldn’t make it stick. The truth is, it was never about the information.

Glow exists because I built the program I wished I’d had. One that treats strength, nutrition, and mindset as inseparable. One that doesn’t hand you a meal plan and a workout PDF and call it coaching. One that meets you where you are and refuses to leave you there.

I’m a four-time FMG Fitness Champion. I’ve coached women through fat loss, muscle building, postpartum, perimenopause, and the kind of life rebuilds that don’t show up on the scale. I know what it takes to show up for yourself when no one’s watching  and I know how to teach it.

The women in my orbit are capable, ambitious, and tired of starting over. They’re founders, mothers, athletes, professionals,women with full lives who want their body to keep up with their ambition.

We work on the inside as much as the outside. We rebuild your relationship with food so it stops being a battleground. We progressive-overload your training so you’re actually getting stronger. And we do the unglamorous mental work that turns discipline into identity, not effort.

Most of all, I want you to walk away from working with me not needing the next thing. That’s the whole point.

What I stand for

Three pillars.
One transformation.

Every Glow program is built on the same three pillars. Skip one and the structure collapses. Honor all three and the change is permanent.

Strength training

The foundation. Progressive, programmed lifting that builds a body that performs, not just one that looks a certain way. Strong is the goal; aesthetics are a byproduct.

Macro literacy

The freedom. You don’t need a meal plan, you need to understand how food actually fuels your body. Once you do, the dieting cycle ends, permanently.

Identity work

The engine. We rebuild the self-talk, beliefs, and standards that have been holding you back. This is where discipline stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like who you are.
