Months 01–02

Build.

Foundations

We assess where you are, write your first training and nutrition cycle, and establish the check-in rhythm. By the end of month two, the system is running on its own.

Months 03–04

Refine.

Real life

Travel, holidays, busy weeks, body changes. We stress-test the system, adjust the programming, and tighten the parts that need tightening.

Own.

Hi, I’m Brittney.

I’m an online fitness coach for women 35+ and a four-time FMG Pro Fitness Champion. I built Glow Coaching for the women who don’t want another cohort. Who want a coach in their corner for six full months, watching the numbers, adjusting the plan, and refusing to let them quit on themselves.

I keep this work small on purpose. You will not get a copy-paste plan and a Slack channel. You will get me.

How is Glow Coaching different from the Lifestyle Method? +

Both include private 1:1 time with me. The real difference is who they’re built for. Glow Coaching is six months, rolling enrollment, built for women who already have a training base and know how to track. The Lifestyle Method is 12 weeks, 12 women, three times a year. It teaches the system from the ground up: macros, training, identity. Start there if you’re newer to lifting or tracking. Or if you’ve stepped away from your fitness journey and want the support to step back in and shift your identity. Same coach, same standards. Different starting line.

Do I need experience to apply? +

Yes. Glow Coaching is built for the woman who already has some training under her belt and a baseline understanding of macros. You don’t need to be advanced, but you do need to know how to track and you do need to have spent some time in the gym. If you’re completely new, start with The Lifestyle Method first. It teaches the fundamentals.

What is the time commitment per week? +

Plan on three to five training sessions, a few hours total. Macro tracking takes a few minutes a day once it’s a habit. Your weekly check-in is fifteen minutes of writing. Monthly call is one hour. Real life schedule, real life results.

Can I travel during the program? +

Yes. Programming has hotel and minimum-equipment swaps built in. Macros flex. Travel weeks are part of the design, not exceptions to it.

What if I get pregnant, injured, or my life implodes? +

We pause and adapt. Coaching is for life, not just the times when life is easy. We will figure it out together.

How do I apply? +
